CONSULTANT AGREEMENT
The Consultant Agreement is made and effective as of (

Now, therefore in consideration of the mutual covenants set forth herein and intended to be bound, the parties agree as
follows:
1. CONSULTATION SERVICES:
The Company hereby employs the Consultant to perform the following services in accordance with the terms and conditions
set forth in this agreement. The Consultant shall consult with officers and employees of the company concerning matters relating
to the management and organization of the company, their financial policies, the terms and conditions of employment, and generally
any matter arising out of the business affairs of the company.
2. TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
This Agreement will begin (

and will end (Date). Either party may cancel this agreement on (Number) days notice to
the other party in writing by certified/registered mail or personal delivery.
3. TIME DEVOTED BY CONSULTANT:
It is anticipated the Consultant will spend approximately (Hours) in fulfilling his obligations under this contract. The
particular amount of time may vary from day to day or week to week. However, the Consultant shall devote a minimum of (Hours) per
month to his duties in accordance with this agreement.
4. NOTATION WHERE SERVICE TAKES PLACE:
The Consultant will perform most services in accordance with this contract at a location of the Consultant’s discretion.
In addition, the Consultant will perform services on the telephone, computer and at such other places as necessary to perform
these services in accordance with this contract.
5. PAYMENT OF CONSULTANT:
The Consultant will be pay at a rate of ( US$, EU€, UK£ ) per day for work performed in accordance with this
contract. However, the Consultant will be paid at least ( US$, EU€, UK£ ) per month regardless of the amount of time
spent in accordance with this contract. The Company agrees and guarantees to pay on a strictly weekly basis not later than
12 noon of the Wednesday of the following week.
6. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR:
Both Company and Consultant agree that the Consultant shall act as an independent contractor in the performance of his
duties under this contract. Accordingly, the Consultant shall be totally responsible for the payment of his own income tax,
insurance, social security and any other federal, state or local taxes. The Company shall not be responsible in any detail.
7. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION:
The Consultant agrees that any information received during any furtherance of the Consultant’s obligations in accordance
with this contract, which concerns the personal, financial or other affairs of the Company will be treated in full confidence
and will not be revealed to any persons, firms or organizations.
8. EMPLOYMENT OF OTHERS:
The Company may from time to time ask the Consultant to employ the special services of others. All costs to the Consultant
for these services will be paid in full by the Company, however the Consultant may not employ others without the written consent
of the Company.
9. LIMITATION OF LEGAL LIABILITY:
The Client agrees to limit any and all liability or claim for damages, for cost of defence or for any expenses to be levied
against the Consultant to a sum not to exceed one hundred euro (
The parties agree that this agreement is to be construed according to the laws of the United States of America and the
European Union.
This agreement, executed in duplicate, constitutes the entire contract between the parties and may be cancelled, modified
or amended only by a written supplement document executed by each of the parties hereto.In Witness whereof, the parties hereto
